We got this for our 15 month old son for Chirstmas. He wakes up every morning and after nap and gets right in, closes the door and beeps the horn. He enjoys opening/closing the tail gate. The toys were a great touch. He places the tool box inside with him. I would recommend this toy over and over again. My son is a try boy through and through and loves his truck.

My 2 grandsons (1 & 2 yrs.) loved this ~ couldn't keep them out of it! I wish they would also make this exact truck with pedals like on a little bike (and of course, a steering wheel they would have to steer) maybe for kids a year or two older. Great gift!

This is a very nice little truck. My little man absolutely loves it. It was difficult to assemble and required the used of a power drill though. Things just wouldn't line up like they should but after it was complete and my son opened it up, it was all worth it. Adding the tools, carrier and hat are a really nice touch and I can't get my son to take off the hat. Little Tikes makes great toys and with this, they didn't dissapoint. My only recommendation is to Little Tikes...recheck your manufacturing process on this for it was NOT easy to put together. After reading previous reviews, we are not the only one's that struggled with assembly.

My 2 1/2 year old LOVES this. He received it today for Christmas and has spent most of the day in it. My 8 year old also has been in it. We got the gas pump with it and they have enjoyed putting gas in it, etc. The tailgate opens and closes and my little one got in it while the 8 year old drove him around. The little one didn't want to share it much. I can tell we are going to get a lot of enjoyment out of this one. We have had the Cozy Coupe car for our 8 year old. We bought that used and it is still going strong. We are very pleased with this pick up truck purchase. It also comes with tools and a hard hat!

We had to drill the hole for the gas cap bigger so that it would fit. The truck body is a little "off" and therefore the door will not stay shut. The screw holes for the grill were located in the wrong place and we had to drill new holes. And we aren't done assembling it yet. Thank goodness my husband suggested that we wrap presents last night or we be would up all night tonight (Christmas Eve) doing that PLUS correcting the problems with this pick-up truck. I am surprised as we were so pleased with our previous purchase of a "Cozy Coupe II." I might still purchase this truck as it is really cute but I am very disappointed in the fact that the door won't latch (and in the fact that is there is not a place for a key, a fact that my older child loves about his “Cozy Coupe” ) and my husband is NOT a “happy camper” with the modifications that were needed.

My grandson plays with the pickup in my basement. I have a toy stoplight that he uses with it. Springtime he will play with it on the patio and carport. He definitely loves his truck.

My son loves this truck, he stands in the back, crawls through the windows, pulls down the tailgate, plays with the toolbox, etc. I would say the main problem is the door doesn't shut snugly and the front wheels tend to get locked instead of rolling. Otherwise, great! Recommend!

Haven't put it together or given it to my daughter yet because it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Surprise is ruined because big picture of product is on outside of box. Have it sent somewhere other than your house.

This is a Christmas gift - so I can only comment on assembly. It took two of us (Grandparents) to put it together about 2 hours. Directions not clear but all parts and extra hardware was included (a big plus). We too had a problem with the gas tank entry. The added tool box was a nice addition. The drop down tail gate makes it realistic along with the dash board decals. Results are it rolls well. I think our GrandSon will have years of use from this gift.

We bought one of these for our Grandson who is now 10, he loved it and the children even the big ones still play with it! We bought 2 of these for our 1 & 2 year old for Christmas this year, we know they are a hit!

My husband and I just put this together yesterday - a Christmas present purchased early so my son hasn't played with it yet so I can't judge stability, enjoyment, etc. But I will say we had one problem in assembly. The hole where the gas cap is supposed to pop in was way too small so we are going to have to use a file to make it big enough for it to fit. Also had to drill our own hole for the grill to line up straight. Other than that, I am very pleased with it and I think my son will love it.

The decals do not stay on - they keep falling off and we've lost two (the side mirrors). Would be nice to receive replacements for the decals.

Also the door does not close properly - we have to lift it up to shut it - not level.

Other than that, my grandson loves his truck!

I bought this truck for my 2 year old for this Christmas. It was easy to assemble except for the front grill which took some extra effort to line the screws up. Also, make sure that all of the plastic pieces are smooth and do not have sharp edges. There were a few sharp edges on the truck I purchased, but I was able to cut them down with a razor blade. Overall I would recommend this truck.

The truck is great! It is a little bigger than the car, which is great because my son (age 3) is a bit tall for his age. The only feature he misses from the car is the ignition key. Now that my daughter is 18 months old, she sits in the bed and he gives her rides around! He also likes loading up the back with things. One small quality detail is that the door does not shut well-you have to really push it. But other than that it has been a really great toy!

I bought this for my son's 2nd birthday. He loves cars and trucks and this present has been his favorite still 6 months after getting it. It is very durable and stands up well even in the AZ heat of the summer. He can move it around very easily. I would highly recommend this product.

Other than needing a foot rest shelf for younger children to put feet on to be pushed around this is a great investment. Have had some trouble with the kids fighting over it. They will play with it for hours and never get bored. Very sturdy.

My little boy enjoyed using the truck inside the house first, to get familiar with it. Later, as he grew we took it outdoors. He enjoys filling the bed of the truck with different items like rocks, leaves, etc. It's a very handsome little ride for my little guy!

The grandkids love the truck, but I am disappointed with the lack of response from Little Tykes. I sent an email regarding the graphics not adhering and got no response. At the very least, another set should have been sent. Needless to say, the truck has been the last thing I have bought from them.

I bought this for my 2 year old and he loves it but so does my 5, 8, and 9 year old. The older kids like to sit in the back or pack it up for the younger ones to "deliver" places. I see this being used for years.

I have enjoyed watching my Grandson get in the truck and pretend "just like" his dad. He puts his tools in the back gets in the truck and looks out the window and says "back-up, back-up".
Just a joy to watch him "work" with the tools.

Two boys ages 3 and 2 enjoy the truck very much, mostly outdoors. They bring it to a hill and fly down. We also have an original Little Tikes coupe so they usually race side by side.

Some body parts seemed a little warped so was a little difficult to assemble. Door was a little hard to open for smaller children, mostly due to a poor fit.

There are, I believe a couple, of sharp screws that protruded slightly through the roof so I had to cut them off to avoid injury to the children.

This is a classic truck, and my boys love it. However, the decals started falling off very quickly and cannot be reapplied. Ours has never been outside - it is 100% indoor use with 2 very small boys, but the truck has not held up well. Many of the small parts (key, gas cap, wheel caps) fall off and/or break and cannot be repaired. Little Tikes quality is just not what it used to be. My boys love this ride-in toy, but if there was anything else on the market, I would try it/recommend it first to others.

If only the door operated properly! the door piece is too big for the opening and difficult for a toddler to manage. An adult must open and shut door with force. He and his friends each were drawn to the toy, but quickly learned to make other choices to avoid frustration; it has gone from "last one picked" to "hasn't moved in 3 months. I should have bought the original car.

I was very very disappointed at having to order this toy. I could not find a dealer in town that would handle it for me. Why, in Montana would a toy store not want to carry a pick up truck? All girls and boys in Montana want a pickup truck when they are teens, and so would a 2 year old. That is what Daddy and Mommy drive!

We bought this for our son for his second birthday. He loved it. He is now 3 1/2 and still loves it. It was hard to assemble, but once we got it together it has been very durable!!! Our son likes to "crash" it. It has been through alot, but is still in good shape. I would recommend this to anyone with an all boy, boy!!!

My 2 kids love the truck-it was a little challenging putting it together because the pre drilled holes did not line up or were not big enough, this was fixed with a drill but disapointed that we had to resort to that.
